What information do you need to book my holiday or travel? ?

To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request the following information for your booking: your full name, contact details, desired travel dates, preferred destinations and accommodations, details of your mobility and accessibility needs, specific support requirements, any relevant medical information, preferences and interests for activities, dietary restrictions or preferences, and any additional requests or concerns you may have.

Is it possible to travel with a companion or family member using the supported travel program?

 “Yes!” We are delighted to accommodate your travel needs along with your friends, family members, and support workers. Whether you wish to embark on a journey with a loved one by your side or plan a group holiday, we can make it happen. Additionally, if you’re interested in exploring accessible tours or booking group holidays, we have you covered.

Can I bring my own support worker?

Everyone deserves a break- which is why we offer our own team to support you on your holiday- to give your own support team a break too. However, if you require your own support worker to accompany you, please contact us so that we can do our best to accommodate.

Is it possible for the NDIS to fund my holiday ?

The eligibility and amount you can claim for a holiday or trip depend on your unique circumstances and the goals outlined in your NDIS plan, as well as the available funding in different categories. At MMST Experiences, we collaborate with you, your Support Coordinator, or Plan Manager to assess what NDIS funding you may be able to claim based on your goals. Our objective is to create travel experiences that align with participants’ NDIS goals, and we personalize each experience accordingly.

Can I book through you if I am not on an NDIS plan?

Absolutely! At our company, we believe in providing inclusive travel services for all individuals with disabilities, regardless of whether you are on an NDIS plan or not.

Do I need travel insurance ?

Absolutely! Travel insurance is highly recommended to ensure your peace of mind and protect you from unforeseen circumstances during your trip. Here are some key areas that travel insurance can cover:

Medical Expenses: In addition to any potential issues related to your disability, travel insurance can cover medical expenses for a wide range of situations, such as accidents, illnesses, or food poisoning that may occur during your trip.

Cancellation Fees and Lost Deposits: Life is unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or alter your travel plans due to unexpected events like natural disasters, accidents, severe sickness, or injury. Travel insurance can help reimburse you for cancellation fees and lost deposits, providing financial protection in such situations.
